Administration

The administration of the department is comprised of the Chief of Police, the Assistant Chief of Police and two Lieutenants. They are supported by an administrative secretary. The responsibilities of the administration include the operation, training and oversight of 37 personnel. Maintaining the annual budget, fleet, equipment and operational readiness of the department are also part of the administrative function.  The administration brings over 85 years of law enforcement experience and close to 11,000 training hours with them. It is the goal of each member of administration to pass on this experience and knowledge to those officers under their command. In doing so they hope to further prepare the officers responsible for the safety and well being of Borger and our citizens and visitors that come to our city.
